RETURN POLICY: Shipping is non-refundable. (Items purchased with Free Ground Shipping will have actual shipping charges deducted from the refund.)

Accessories such as bags, filters, belts, etc. must be unopened to qualify for return. Items purchased in error must be unopened to qualify for an exchange. Customer is responsible for all postage on items purchased in error.

All returns for refund must be in 'Like-New', 'Resalable' condition, in the original box and include all original packaging and materials.

Additional charges may apply for missing or abused items or the return may be refused if the condition is not 'like-new' or 'resalable'.

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. If you refuse to accept delivery of your shipment, the cost of returning it to Evans Vacuum Cleaner will be deducted from your refund.

Note: Due to the high cost of shipping to HI, AK, PR and Other destinations outside the contiguous 48 United States, we will not assume responsibility for the shipping costs involved in replacing defective merchandise from these locations.

Examine all shipping cartons and packaging immediately upon receipt, and report damaged materials to the shipping carrier immediately.

Shipping Damage -. If you receive a box with obvious shipping damage like crushing or poked holes, you can refuse its delivery. Anytime you receive a damaged product, call us at 817-428-5695, or the responsible carrier as soon as possible. (UPS will contact you and send a driver out to pick up the damaged shipment if its value is above $100)

We will do everything we can to correct the situation in a timely manner with no additional cost to you.

In the event that an item is defective, Evans Vacuum Cleaner Company will take all steps it deems necessary to repair or replace the defective item.

In the event that Evans Vacuum Cleaner Company does accept the return of a purchased item, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs, in addition to a 15% of total sale re-stocking fee.

Defective and/or warrantied items will be repaired or replaced, and we will pay the return postage back to you for valid warranty claims, and no re-stocking fees will apply. Non-defective returns will not be accepted.

Evans Vacuum Cleaner Company reserves the right to enforce its "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" policy.

The manufacturers of the vacuum cleaners, etc. provide written Limited Warranties with their products. We are a Factory Authorized Dealer for all brands we sell on our website so the manufacturer warranties on those purchased from us are honored by them. Typically these are for one year but sometimes they are for two or more years. Vacuum cleaners purchased from Evans Vacuum Cleaner Company can be returned to us or taken to your closest Factory Authorized Warranty Dealer or Factory Service Center for these warranty repairs. The cost of returning a vacuum cleaner or part for repair or replacement is not covered by most warranties.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Once you've received and carefully examined your EvansVacuum.com order, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we'll be happy to help you. If you receive an item and it is damaged, call or e-mail us as soon as possible. We will work with you to replace it. By using our storefront and purchasing products from us, you signify your acceptance of this return policy.

No deviations. Return Policy--All returns require a Return Authorization from Evans Vacuum Cleaner Company. Please call Evans Vacuum Cleaner Company customer service for a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. No returns will be authorized after 30 days past the invoice date. Returns within the 30 day limit will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Returns are for replacement credit only. Returns should be in good condition and in their original carton to earn credit. Returns will be at the original purchase price less any restocking fee where all instructions are followed. For products ordered in error by the customer, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to Evans Vacuum Cleaner Company shall be that of the customer. All Equipment Purchases, including Floor machines, extractors, vacuums are not returnable. Equipment purchases are covered by Manufacturer Warranties.. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
